Effective 1 April 2009, the following fees have been established for services provided by Dr. Ray Franco, Ph.D., PE.
Law Firms & Attorneys
- Hourly Rate : $160.00
- Travel Time: $160.00 - 20% Discount if over 5 hours.
- Mileage: $0.58
- Depositions & Trails: Minimum Fee of $850.00 per day.
- Other Expenses: At Cost
- Once retained in a particular matter, the hourly rate remains in effect for a period of twelve months at which time the rate will be adjusted to the then current rate.
Insurance Companies & Adjusters
- Hourly Rate : $160.00
- Travel Time: $160.00 - 20% Discount if over 5 hours.
- Mileage: $0.58
- Depositions & Trails: Minimum Fee of $850.00 per day.
- Other Expenses: At Cost
All accounts will be invoiced on a monthly basis. Invoices not paid within 60 days will be charged 1.5 % interest per month. Invoices not paid within 180 will be turned over to a debt collecting agency or attorney.
