June 1, 2012, the following fees have been established for services provided by Dr. Ray Franco, Ph.D., PE.
Law Firms & Attorneys
- Hourly Rate : $175.00
- Travel Time: $175.00
- Mileage: $0.55
- Depositions & Trials: Minimum Fee of $1,000 per day.
- Other Expenses: At Cost
- Once retained in a particular matter, the hourly rate remains in effect for a period of twelve months at which time the rate will be adjusted to the then current rate.
Insurance Companies & Adjusters
- Hourly Rate : $160.00
- Travel Time per Round Trip:
$160/hr - if shared between 2 Jobs
$160/hr - under 6 hours
$130/hr - 6 to 12 hours
$100/hr - over 12 hours - Mileage: $0.55
- Depositions & Trials: Minimum Fee of $1,000 per day.
- Other Expenses: At Cost
All accounts will be invoiced on a monthly basis. Invoices not paid within 60 days will be charged 1.5 % interest per month. Invoices not paid within 180 will be turned over to a debt collecting agency or attorney.
