Effective June 15, 2015, the following fees have been established for services provided by Dr. Ray Franco, Ph.D., PE.
Law Firms and Insurance Companies

- Hourly Rate : $225
- Travel Time per Round Trip:
$225/hr - under 6 hours
$150/hr - 6 to 12 hours
$100/hr - over 12 hours - Mileage: $0.55
- Other Expenses: At Cost
- Joint Inspections: 4 hours minimum - includes travel time if on the same day.
- Depositions & Court: 8 hours minimum per day - includes preparation and travel time if on the same day.
All accounts will be invoiced on a monthly basis. Invoices not paid within 60 days will be charged 1.5 % interest per month. Invoices not paid within 180 will be turned over to a debt collecting agency or attorney.
